Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Steaks
Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and black pepper. Wrap each steak with two slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.

- 3
Make the Madeira Sauce
In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic. Pour in the Madeira wine and beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pan. Add fresh thyme, and let the sauce simmer until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4
Fry the Potatoes
In another pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add potato wedges and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt.
- 5
Prepare Fresh Vegetables
Blanch the fresh vegetables in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and season with salt and pepper.
- 6
Serve
Plate the filet mignon with Madeira sauce drizzled on top, alongside the fried potatoes and fresh vegetables.
