Preparation

    Prepare the Meats

    Flatten the pork cutlet and veal cutlets using a meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper.

    Prepare the Cordon Bleu

    Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each veal cutlet. Fold and secure with toothpicks.

Cooking

    Fry the Jägerschnitzel

    Dredge the pork cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

    Fry the Cordon Bleu

    Dredge the veal cutlets in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. In the same pan, fry until golden brown on both sides.

    Cook the Filet Mignon

    Season filet mignon with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with butter for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Serving

    Plate the Dish

    On a large plate, arrange the Jägerschnitzel, veal cordon bleu, and filet mignon. Add a side of mixed vegetables, fried potatoes, rice, and spätzle.

    Top the Jägerschnitzel with mushroom sauce and serve immediately.
