Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the assorted sausages into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a large wooden board.

Arrange the Cheeses
Cut the cheeses into wedges or cubes and place them around the sausages on the board.

Add the Bread and Condiments
Slice the rye bread into thick slices and place them on the board. Add a small bowl of Dijon mustard and arrange the pickles and sliced radishes on the side.

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish.
