Prepare the Crab Salad
In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.

Prepare the Rolls
Slice the Kaiser rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Assemble the Sandwich
Evenly distribute the crab salad over the cut sides of the Kaiser rolls. Layer the sliced tomatoes on top of the crab salad.

Top each half with 2 slices of Swiss cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
