In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Fold in the diced jalapeños, chopped artichoke hearts, and drained lump crabmeat gently to avoid breaking up the crabmeat.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese to the mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
