Method
Shrimp Preparation

Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add salt and Old Bay seasoning.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the large shrimp to the boiling water. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.

Ice Bath
Remove the shrimp from the pot and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Drain and Chill
Drain the shrimp from the ice bath and place them on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sauce Premier Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

Mix Well
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Add black pepper to taste.

Chill Sauce
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving.
House Cocktail Sauce Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and hot sauce to taste.

Season to Taste
Add salt and mix well. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

Chill Sauce
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving

Plate the Shrimp
Arrange the chilled shrimp on a serving platter and garnish with fresh lemon slices.

Serve the shrimp with Sauce Premier and House Cocktail Sauce on the side.
