Cheese Preparation

Prepare Fresh Mozzarella

Slice the fresh mozzarella into rounds and arrange on a serving platter.

Add Gorgonzola

Crumble the gorgonzola and sprinkle it over the mozzarella.

Grate the parmesan and sprinkle it over the cheeses.

Add Ricotta

Spoon dollops of ricotta around the cheeses on the platter.

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix Nuts

In a mixing bowl, combine mixed nuts, olive oil, smoked paprika, sea salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss well to coat the nuts evenly.

Prepare for Baking

Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake Nuts

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and fragrant, stirring halfway through.

Cool Nuts

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
