Sautéed with jalapenos, onion, chili flakes & sesame seeds all in chipotle aioli, tomato, avocado, Cotija cheese, cilantro and olive oil.

Preparation
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by preparing the main ingredients. Shell the edamame if not already done. Dice the jalapenos, chop the onion, and dice the tomato. Slice the avocado and crumble the Cotija cheese. Chop the cilantro as well.
Cooking
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced jalapenos. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Add Edamame
Add the shelled edamame to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season the Mixture
Sprinkle in the chili flakes and sesame seeds. Stir well to combine all the ingredients, and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
Mix in Chipotle Aioli
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chipotle aioli until the edamame and vegetables are well coated.
Assembly
Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, layer the sautéed edamame mixture. Top with diced tomato, sliced avocado, and crumbled Cotija cheese.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish the dish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
