Prepare the Salad

Begin by rinsing the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Shake off excess water and dry with a salad spinner or paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
Make the Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Assemble the Salad
