Method

Prepare the Pizza Base

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). This ensures a crispy pizza base.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dough

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Season the Dough

Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt and black pepper evenly over it.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 4

    Slice the Ahi Tuna

Thinly slice the Ahi tuna into sashimi-like pieces and set aside.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Relish

In a small bowl, combine diced tomato, artichoke hearts (chopped if whole), and capers. Mix well to create a relish.

  3. 6

    Arrange Toppings

Evenly distribute the marinated olives, artichoke relish, and thinly sliced Ahi tuna over the prepared pizza base.

  4. 7

    Add Spices

Sprinkle crushed red peppers over the toppings for added heat.

Bake the Pizza

  1. 8

    Bake

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  2. 9

    Drizzle with Lemon Oil

Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle preserved lemon oil over the top for a tangy flavor.

Serve the Pizza

  1. 10

    Slice and Serve

Once cooled slightly, slice the pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
