Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pulled chicken, ranch dressing, Carolina BBQ sauce, cooked bacon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl with the sauce mixture. Stir until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.

Add Cheese
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the mac and cheese mixture.

Bake (optional)
If desired, transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
