Boneless Wings Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the boneless chicken breast pieces, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best results.
- 2
Prepare the Coating
In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer to ensure the oil is at the correct temperature for frying.
- 4
Coat the Chicken
Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.
- 5
Fry the Wings
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
