    Prepare the Cocktail

    In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with tonic water, garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon wedge.

    Cook the Shrimp

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
