Appetizers

  1. 1

    Lobster Thermidor

Cook the lobster tails, then remove the meat and chop. Sauté shallots in butter, add lobster meat, heavy cream, and sherry. Fill lobster shells with the mixture, top with grated Gruyère, and bake until golden.

    Roast the Beef

Rub the roast beef with minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Roast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 55°C (130°F) for medium rare.

Dessert

  1. 6

    Chocolate Mousse

Melt dark chocolate with butter. Whip heavy cream and fold into the chocolate. Sweeten with powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
