Sausage Dog Recipe

Preparation

   Cook the Sausage

   Grill or pan-fry the split link sausage dogs over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and heated through.

   Prepare the Buns

   While the sausages are cooking, lightly toast the hot dog buns on a grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

   Assemble the Sausage Dogs

   Place each cooked sausage dog into a toasted bun. Top with a generous amount of cheddar cheese, diced onions, and coleslaw mix.

   Add the Sauce

   Drizzle Dreamland BBQ Sauce over the top of each assembled sausage dog to your taste.
