Chips and Toppings
Method
Preparation
Prepare the Meat
If using boneless rib tips, pork, chicken, or sausage, cook the meat according to your preference (grilled, smoked, or roasted) until fully cooked. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the Nachos
On a large serving platter or baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly across the surface.
Add Cheese and Toppings
Pour the nacho cheese sauce evenly over the chips, followed by the Dreamland BBQ sauce. Add the sliced jalapeños and your choice of cooked meat on top.
Melt Cheese (optional)
For an extra gooey texture, place the assembled nachos in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy your Stadium Nachos!
