Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat dry with paper towels.

Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Season the Ribs
Rub the dry mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to a low heat, around 225°F (107°C).

Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on the grill bone side down. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 hours, maintaining the temperature and turning occasionally.

Prepare BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and mustard. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
