Prepare the Meat
If using whole pork or chicken, cook it until tender, then chop it into small pieces. Mix the chopped meat with BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Sandwich
Take a toasted bun and layer on a generous portion of the BBQ meat mixture, followed by Wickles Pickles® and a scoop of coleslaw.
