Preparation

1. Infuse goji and osmanthus

In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups water, 1/2 cup dried goji berries, and 1 tablespoon dried osmanthus flowers. Bring to a gentle simmer for 6–8 minutes to release flavor. Remove from heat and strain the liquid, reserving 2 tablespoons of the soaked goji berries for folding into the jelly later.

2. Dissolve agar and form the base

Return the infused liquid to the stove and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup light coconut milk and 2 tablespoons sugar. Simmer 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.

3. Fold in reserved goji and pour

Gently fold the 2 tablespoons of reserved goji berries into the warm jelly base to distribute them evenly. Pour the mixture into glasses or silicone molds, leaving room for garnish if desired.

4. Chill until set

Let the jelly cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

5. Garnish and serve

Before serving, scatter the garnish goji berries (2 tablespoons) on top and sprinkle Osmanthus petals (1 teaspoon) for aroma and color. Serve chilled.
