- 1
Infuse goji and osmanthus
In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups water, 1/2 cup dried goji berries, and 1 tablespoon dried osmanthus flowers. Bring to a gentle simmer for 6β8 minutes to release flavor. Remove from heat and strain the liquid, reserving 2 tablespoons of the soaked goji berries for folding into the jelly later.
- 2
Dissolve agar and form the base
Return the infused liquid to the stove and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup light coconut milk and 2 tablespoons sugar. Simmer 1β2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 3
Fold in reserved goji and pour
Gently fold the 2 tablespoons of reserved goji berries into the warm jelly base to distribute them evenly. Pour the mixture into glasses or silicone molds, leaving room for garnish if desired.
- 4
Chill until set
Let the jelly cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- 5
Garnish and serve
Before serving, scatter the garnish goji berries (2 tablespoons) on top and sprinkle Osmanthus petals (1 teaspoon) for aroma and color. Serve chilled.
