Warm teaware
Rinse a teapot and cup with hot water to warm them.

Add tea leaves
Place 2 teaspoons of Dragonwell green tea leaves into the warmed teapot.

Pour water
Pour 240 ml of water heated to 75-80°C over the leaves.

Steep
Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes. If making a second infusion, reuse the leaves with slightly hotter water and a longer steep.

Pour the tea into a cup through a strainer and enjoy the delicate, buttery notes of Dragonwell.
