Prep and warm sub
Set out one 8-inch sub sandwich on a clean prep surface. If the sub is pre-made, unwrap and place on a tray. If heating is requested, warm to 165°F (74°C) internal temperature and let rest for 1 minute before boxing.

Choose side
Include one side: either chips in their bag or a small serving of cole slaw (about 0.5 cup). Both items are prepared and ready; select one to include with the box lunch and set aside the other.

Add dessert
Place one cookie in the box, either next to the sub or tucked into a side pocket for easy access.

Assemble packaging
Place sub, chosen side, cookie, and any condiments into a sturdy catering box. Include a napkin and utensils. Seal the box and label with the order name and date if provided.

Final quality check
Verify contents are present (sub, side, cookie, napkin/utensils). Ensure box is sealed and ready for delivery or pickup. For large orders, contact the shop to arrange bulk packaging and pricing.
