Method

Set up a clean workstation. Retrieve the 4-inch mini roll and cut it open without separating halves to create a pocket for fillings.

Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half and 1 teaspoon of mustard on the inside of the top half.

Layer 3 slices of turkey on the bottom half followed by 2 slices of ham.

Top with 2 slices of provolone cheese.

Add shredded lettuce evenly over the cheese.

Place tomato slices, red onion, and pickles on top for crunch and flavor.

Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables.

Close the roll, gently press to compact, and slice the sub in half for easier handling.

Select your soup from the menu. If the soup is pre-made and cold, transfer to a microwave-safe container.

Heat soup until steaming hot: microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring between intervals, or simmer on the stove as directed by the soup's guidelines.
