Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onions, and sauté until the onions become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Peppers
Stir in the diced red and green bell peppers, and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until they soften.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the tomato sauce and white wine. Stir well, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Finish the Dish
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve the shrimp mixture over cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
