Prepare the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Top with half of the cooked ground beef, half of the black beans, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Repeat the layering with the remaining tortilla chips, ground beef, black beans, and cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle sliced jalapeños on top of the layered nachos.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
