Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Seafood

2

Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the seafood starts to cook through.

3

Add Wine and Sauce

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then, add crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mussels and clams open and the shrimp is cooked through.

4

Finish with Parsley

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

Serving

5

Combine and Serve

To serve, place a bed of fettuccine noodles on a plate and top with the seafood mixture. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
