After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. This liquid is now your wine base.

Add lemon juice and sugar to the wine base. Allow it to undergo secondary fermentation for an additional 7 days.

Secondary Fermentation

Filter the wine to remove any remaining solids, ensuring a clear liquid.

Filtration

Bottle the wine and seal it. Let it age for a few months to develop its flavors.

Chill the wine before serving to accentuate its dry, tart lemon finish.
