Wine Ingredients
Method
Wine Making Process
- 1
Harvesting
Harvest the Pinot Grigio grapes when they are ripe, ideally in late summer to early fall.
- 2
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes and press them to extract the juice. Separate the skins from the juice immediately to maintain the light color.
- 3
Fermentation
Add yeast to the grape juice and allow it to ferment in a cool, controlled environment for about 2-3 weeks.
- 4
Racking
After fermentation, rack the wine into a new container to separate it from the sediment.
- 5
Aging
Age the wine for a few months in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, fruity flavors.
- 6
Bottling
Once aged, add sulfites to stabilize the wine, and then bottle it for storage.
