Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss until they are well coated.

Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.

Cover the blue cheese dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
