Method

Preparing the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange Wings on the Rack

Place the coated chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 6

    Mix the Sauce Ingredients

Once melted, stir in hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.

  3. 7

    Simmer the Sauce

Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tossing the Wings

  1. 8

    Combine Wings and Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings.

  2. 9

    Toss to Coat

Toss the wings in the sauce until they are evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 10

    Serve and Enjoy

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side. Enjoy your Buffalo chicken wings!
