Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings on the Rack
Place the coated chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Simmer the Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tossing the Wings

Combine Wings and Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings.

Toss the wings in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
