Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This high temperature will help the cauliflower become crispy.

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Roast the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until fully liquefied.

  2. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Once melted, remove the pan from heat and stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Tossing and Serving

  1. 7

    Toss Cauliflower in Sauce

Once the cauliflower is roasted, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently until all florets are well coated.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot as an appetizer or side dish. Enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
