Prepare the Pork

Season the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the entire surface.

Place in Slow Cooker
Put the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add apple cider vinegar and water to the pot.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the pork is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
Make the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat Sauce
Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Assemble the Sandwich

Shred the Pork
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

Mix with BBQ Sauce
Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the prepared BBQ sauce, ensuring the pork is fully coated.

Prepare the Buns
Slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly if desired.

Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ pulled pork onto the bottom half of each bun. Add coleslaw on top if desired, then place the top half of the bun on. Serve immediately.
