Chicken Wings
Ranch Dressing
Method
BBQ Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Add BBQ Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in BBQ sauce until they are well-coated. Return them to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Ranch Dressing
- 4
Make the Ranch Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk until smooth. Add in the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- 5
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
