Crab Cake Preparation

Prepare the Crab Cake Mixture
In a bowl, combine lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onion, bread crumbs, and the beaten egg. Mix gently to keep the crab meat intact. Season with salt and black pepper.

Form the Crab Cake
Shape the mixture into a single crab cake, about 1 inch thick. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help it firm up.

Cook the Crab Cake
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the crab cake and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.

Sauté the Spinach
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Tartar Sauce Preparation

Mix Tartar Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles, capers, and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
