Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the Dungeness crab meat, jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, eggs, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the Cakes
Shape the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Cook the Crab Cakes
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Mash the Potatoes
In the same pot, add the minced garlic, butter, and heavy cream. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sauteed Spinach

Saute the Spinach
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Tartar Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickles, capers, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
