Prepare the Tuna
Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Sear the Tuna
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Once hot, add the tuna steaks. Sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your preference.

Toast Sesame Seeds
In a separate small skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.

Make Asian Vinaigrette
In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Make Wasabi Mayo
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and lemon juice until smooth.

Serve
Slice the seared tuna and serve with Asian vinaigrette drizzled over the top and a dollop of wasabi mayo on the side. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
