Crab Dip Ingredients
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Crab Dip
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 2
Add the Flavorings
Stir in the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning until well blended.
- 3
Fold in the Crab
Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat and chopped green onions, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- 4
Add Cheese
Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- 5
Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- 6
Toast the Focaccia
While the dip is baking, slice the focaccia bread and toast it in the oven until golden brown.
- 7
Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with the toasted focaccia.
