   Prepare the Lobster Salad

   In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and chopped chives. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.

   Toast the Buns

   Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, place the hot dog buns, cut side down, in the skillet. Toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

   Assemble the Lobster Rolls

   Spoon the chilled lobster salad generously into each toasted bun. Serve immediately.
