Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion and tomatoes. Cut the paneer into cubes.

Cook the Onions

Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.

Add Tomatoes and Spices

Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

Add Peas and Paneer

Stir in the green peas and paneer cubes. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finish the Curry

Sprinkle garam masala and mix. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt if necessary.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
