Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Ice Base

Using a shaved ice machine or a blender, finely shave the ice until it is fluffy and light. Keep it aside.

2

Make the Syrup Mixture

In a bowl, mix the kokum syrup and jamun fruit syrup together until well combined. Adjust sweetness as needed.

3

Prepare the Toppings

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, black salt, and chili powder. Stir well to make a tangy seasoning.

4

Assemble the Gola Ice

In a serving glass or bowl, add a generous amount of shaved ice. Slowly pour the kokum and jamun syrup mixture over the ice.

5

Add Blueberries and Seasoning

Top the syrup-coated ice with fresh blueberries and drizzle the lime, black salt, and chili mixture over the top.

6

Serve Immediately

Serve the kala khatta gola ice immediately with a spoon, allowing the flavors to meld as you enjoy.
