Cocktail Preparation

Coconut Wash the Bourbon
In a small bowl, mix the Woodford Reserve Bourbon with coconut water. Let it infuse for about 10 minutes.

Mix the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, combine the coconut-washed Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Medjool-date liqueur, and Angostura bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish
Add an orange twist for garnish and serve immediately.
