Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a separate pitcher, combine Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, soda water, and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to mix.

Add Mint
Gently slap the fresh mint leaves between your palms to release the oils, then add them to the mix.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the mixture over the ice in the chilled glass. Garnish with lime wedges on the rim.
