Coffee Preparation

Grind the Coffee
Grind the Arabica and Brazilian Minas coffee beans together until you achieve a medium-coarse consistency.

Brew the Coffee
Place the ground coffee in a coffee maker or French press. Boil 500 ml of water and pour it over the coffee grounds. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes before pressing or filtering.

Prepare the Milk
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Do not let it boil. Add the jaggery and stir until dissolved.

Combine and Serve
Pour the brewed coffee into a mug, then add the sweetened milk. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and orange zest on top for added flavor. Serve hot.
