Brewing Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Coffee

In a coffee grinder, combine the Arabica coffee beans from Chikmagalur and Brazilian Minas coffee beans. Grind them together to a medium-fine consistency.

  2. 2

    Brew the Coffee

Boil 500 ml of water and let it cool for about 30 seconds. Add the ground coffee to a French press or coffee maker and pour the hot water over it. Let it steep for about 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Milk

In a saucepan, heat the milk gently until it is warm but not boiling. Stir in the grated jaggery until it dissolves completely. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and the orange zest for flavor.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Press the French press down to separate the grounds from the coffee. Pour the brewed coffee into a cup and add the warm, sweetened milk. Stir to combine. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.
