1. Prepare the Spice Infusion
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, grated ginger, crushed cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Brew the Tea
Once boiling, add the loose black tea leaves. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
3. Add Milk and Sugar
Stir in the milk and sugar. Increase the heat and bring the mixture back to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Strain and Serve
