1. Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice, oil, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
2. Marinate the Paneer
Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the marinade. Gently toss to coat the paneer evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook the Paneer
Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the marinated paneer cubes on the grill/skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden and slightly charred.
4. Serve
Remove the paneer from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh coriander and sprinkle with chaat masala before serving.
