Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by thinly slicing the pork tenderloin into strips. Mince the garlic and chop the green onions, separating the white parts from the green. Slice the bell pepper and carrot into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir Fry the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add Vegetables and Aromatics

Add the minced garlic, white parts of the green onions, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  5. 5

    Combine with Sauces

Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat the pork and vegetables evenly. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Mix in the Noodles

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the sauce.

  7. 7

    Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle the green parts of the green onions on top. Serve hot in bowls.
