Prep the ingredients
Wash the fresh fenugreek leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt. Chop them finely and set aside. If using frozen peas, ensure they are thawed.

Soak the cashews
Soak the cashews in warm water for about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Add the spices
Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another minute.

Add the fenugreek and peas
Add the chopped fenugreek leaves and green peas to the pan. Stir well to combine with the spices and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the peas are tender.

Add paneer and cashews
Stir in the shredded paneer and soaked cashews, mixing everything well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Make the sauce
Pour in the water and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat, add the heavy cream, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the salt if necessary.

Finish with garam masala
Finally, sprinkle the garam masala over the dish, stir to incorporate, and let it cook for another minute before removing from heat.
