Prepare the Minced Chicken Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.

Add Seasonings
To the chicken mixture, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, and cumin powder. Mix everything thoroughly until the spices are well incorporated.

Chill the Mixture
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling. If using metal skewers, simply ensure they are clean.

Shape the Kebabs
Take a portion of the marinated chicken mixture and mold it around each skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it holds its shape. Repeat for all skewers.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 180-200°C or 350-400°F).
