Candy the Nuts
In a skillet over medium heat, combine the mixed nuts, granulated sugar, and water. Stir continuously until the sugar melts and coats the nuts evenly. Continue to cook until the nuts are golden and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool on parchment paper.
