Veal Marsala Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Veal

Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the veal cutlets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine and Simmer

Return the veal to the skillet with the mushrooms. Pour in the Marsala wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to reduce slightly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Toss the cooked angel hair pasta with some of the sauce and serve on plates. Top with the veal and mushrooms, drizzling more sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
